You can get Boombox by buying from the terminal in you ship for 60 credits. To buy this item, go to the terminal port, press the E button and type in "STORE". From here, type in the name of the item and the desired amount you want to buy.
To use the Boombox, simply press the Left Mouse Button (LMB). This will turn on the boombox, playing music that you can use to distract enemies or just dance to while on the ship!
