Centra is a continent located in the southwest of the world map. It is composed of Centra Ruins, Edea's Orphanage, and Cactuar Island.
Centra Excavation Site is a location visited only once, which you cannot return to after the Centra Excavation Site story.

Note: Obtaining and using the Old Key 1 and 2, as well as opening all the trap doors, will greatly affect Lunatic Pandora later on.
Centra Ruins is a location where the player can challenge GF Odin and Tonberry King.

Edea's Orphanage is located at the southwestern part of the world map. Sorceress Edea stays here after Squall and the group have defeated her.
Acquire Sorceress' Letter from Edea before searching the White Seed Ship and grabbing Timber Maniacs Magazine 11.

Cactuar Island is an optional location southeast of the world map. This is also a good location for fast GF AP learning.
Note: No Draw Points or Items Available
Part of the main quest occurs in Centra (Laguna Dream 2), found in Centra Excavation Site.
Centra Ruins contains a side quest to challenge Odin and Tonberry King.
Part of the main quest occurs in the Orphanage, which Squall needs to visit before boarding the White Seed Ship.
There is a side quest to challenge Jumbo Cactuar and acquire the Cactuar GF.
