This is the Story Walkthrough for the location Centra Ruins in the game Final Fantasy VIII (FF8, FFVII). Read on for more information about the optional side quests present in this location.

| 1 | Keep moving forward until you reach a platform that takes you to the upper floor. |
| 2 | Climb the left staircase and head to the highest location. Activate the machine there. |
| 3 | Head back to the lowest area, then activate the machine on the shrine. |
| 4 | Use the new path that appeared until you reach the area with a statue that is missing an eye. |
| 5 | Climb the ladder on the left at the beginning of this area (the ladder looks like a wall), then take the eye. |
| 6 | Take the path to the right and climb the roof to see another statue with a missing eye. Insert the eye you took to see a code. |
| 7 | Memorize the code and take both eyes. Head back to the first statue and put both eyes on it. |
| 8 | Enter the code that you gained in step 6 to unlock the door. |

| 9 | After the boss battle, head to the area with a fountain and keep killing tonberries. |
| 9 | After killing around 25-50 Tonberries and killing the current Tonberry you are fighting, Tonberry King will appear. |

Enter the Centra Ruins and climb the first stairs. You will find a Drain Draw Point on the right side.
Climb the ladder to you right. An Aero Draw Point is located at the top.
Go to the control room and activate the blue stone downstairs. It will reveal curving ladder and will lead you to a Pain Draw Point.
Not to be confused with The god of wisdom, poetry, death, divination and magic. Sitting on his High HP and waiting for his Zantetsuken, the battle is easy as long as your party is fully equipped to beat down enemies. For more information about Odin, see the link below.
This boss will appear after defeating about 25-30 tonberries, but due to the timed nature of the section, we recommend running away from all tonberries until you defeat Odin to make the timer disappear. For more information about this battle, see the link below.
