How to Obtain Buel

Obtain in Dollet Pub

Defeat the man in a game of cards, standing near the Queen of Cards in Dollet Pub. He will show you a secret room. Talk to him to get a Buel Card.

Obtain Near Timber Pub

Beat the Galbadian soldiers in front of the Timber Pub. You will automatically receive a Buel card.

Timber (Chapter 4)

Obtain by Defeating Buel

A chance to drop the card once Buel is defeated.

Obtain by Turning Buel Into Card

Use the card ability on Buel to transform the monster to card.
