Breath of Orbis are currency used to Improve Sanctuary Buildings, these are items very rare and can only be obtain by playing through Adventure or Unrecorded History.
After obtaining a Breath of Orbis you can only use it to improve your Sanctuary buildings.You can improve the buildings by just going to a specific building and tapping the Improve Building button.
