This build uses Cold Imbuement and Shadow Imbuement on Penetrating Shot to instantly mow down mobs and is a great source for burst damage with minimum cooldown intervals.

Damage can reach up to 20,000 - 600,000 damage for mobs and bosses alike thanks to Penetrating Shot with Imbuements such as Cold Imbuement, Shadow Imbuement, Combo Points, and Crowd Control aspects and unique items.

Stacking three Combo Points boosts your Core Skill damage and Cold Imbuement applies crowd control and burst damage against groups of enemies while Shadow Imbuement acts as a finisher with boosts to your damage and your critical damage output in addition to your aspect bonuses and item affixes that lean to the benefit of your Penetrating Shot.

Armor pieces, Aspects, and Affixes lean towards crowd control, damage to crowd-controlled enemies, critical damage, and critical damage with imbued skills which are needed to apply multiple boosts to your Penetrating Shot with three stacks of Combo Points.

Penitent Greaves leaves a trail of Ice wherever you walk, this applies Chill all enemies who follow you which is essential to this build. Additionally, the chill effect is also applied to Dash allowing you to instantly apply Chill to a group of enemies.

When to Use Shadow Clone?

Shadow Clone can be used as a damage dealer and as a panic button for this build. Using Prime Shadow Clone grants unstoppable which is perfect when you are under control impairing effects. Supreme Shadow Clone grants a total of 80% of your damage dealt by your clone, which grants you nearly double your damage.
