These mods are those that you can easily benefit from, no matter what build you are working on.
These mods increase the base damage of weapons which definitely help those using Pistols which have generally lower DPS.
These mods increase the speed of your attack and by doing so increasing your DPS as well.
While it is good to have good critical damage, even better is ensuring it happens more often. These perks will help with that and ensure your weapon becomes even deadlier.
Depending on the weapons you carry, certain mods can be more beneficial than most. For example, weapons that have secondary status effect such as Poison or Burn, may benefit more on Combat Amplifier than raising Crit. Damage.
Further, depending on your build, certain mods are more usable so take note of the perks you have unlocked in considering which mods suits your character most.

Neon Arrow + Phantom Want to unleash more mayhem? Then Phantom helps in that regard while Neon Arrow helps decrease reload times. |

Countermass + Pulverize + Vendetta With the elimination of the recoil, aimiing becomes a lot easier and with the added damage to limbs and headshots, makes your weapons a lot deadlier. |

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
ripperdoc red exclamation point can't talk to them, they hostile?
