Best Pickaxe for Endgame: Dragon Head Pickaxe
The Dragon Head Pickaxe is the strongest pickaxe in the game. With this, you can mine everything in the game with ease and speed. The Prismatic Pickaxe is a more accessible alternative for endgame and will still allow you to mine anything.
Best Pickaxes and Pickaxe Progression Guide
Best Weapon for Endgame: Straight Sword or Gauntlets
Straight Sword and Gauntlets are the best weapon types to forge in the game. Straight Sword has a lot of strong variants and is very cheap to forge, only needing 6 ores. For Gauntlets, the new Dark Knight's Gauntlets from the Hidden Maze Event has comparable damage to the Straight Sword but with faster attack speed.
Best Armor for Endgame: Raven Armor Set
The Raven Armor Set is the best armor set in game. The Raven Questline will unlock this set. A good alternative armor set would be the Wolf Armor Set, and the Goblin's Crown helmet, which is unlocked after completing the Goblin Lord Questline.

What Stage is Endgame?
In The Forge, the endgame is considered reaching Lv. 150+ when you reach the Raven Cave and The Peak. The ores found in these places have higher multipliers for better stats.
This is also the point in the game where enemy damage is not a huge problem anymore, since you likely have around 1700-2000 DEF or more already.
Farm for Gargantuan Ore
Gargantuan is the ore with the highest multiplier of 25x. This ore can be mined from rocks at The Peak. The most effective farming method for Gargantuan is to AFK farm at a location near Yetis in The Peak.
Always Fight the Golem Boss
You can fight the Golem boss every 30 minutes. The boss drops higher-tier runes, especially miner runes with Luck and Mine Power. Farm the boss as much as you can when the boss timer ends to have better equipment for mining and combat.
Farm Duranite for Better Armor
Duranite is the best ore for forging armor. It is found in Large Red Crystal and Heart of the Island rocks in the Raven Cave. It is also recommended to farm as much Duranite for better and stronger armor.
Optimize Forging Weapons and Armor
With all the rare ores you farmed, you would want to optimize forging weapons and armor for better stats. Since ores have multipliers and can provide specific traits, try to find the best combination of ores to get the best possible outcome.
The minigames in forging are also factors in determining the item's stats. Aim to get a Masterwork forging quality for better stats. Finally, you can now add runes to further enhance your item's capabilities.
