A Rank Icon These are decent pickaxes that should be bought if able. Unlocks higher tier rocks and speeds up farming.
B Rank Icon Pickaxes needed to progress. Bought once then sold once upgraded.
C Rank Icon Does not provide enough value for its price. Skip these pickaxes and save for the next tier.

SS Pickaxes

Pickaxe Explanation
Dragonhead Pickaxe The strongest pickaxe in the game. It offers boosts to mining speed, and a substantial luck boost. Aside from being able to mine everything in the game, this also provides players with fast farming speeds.
Prismatic Pickaxe Just behind the Dragonhead Pickaxe, the Prismatic Pickaxe is more accessible with one caveat being the slight decline in stats. However, this will be your first endgame pickaxe and will allow you to mine anything.

S Pickaxes

Pickaxe Explanation
Void Pickaxe The Void Pickaxe allows you to farm Medium Red Crystals, but more importantly allows you to break the ice surrounding the Prismatic Pickaxe.
Frost Pickaxe Needed to clear Moro 7, which contains Medium Crystals. Clearing Moro 7 allows players to obtain the Void Pickaxe.
Mist Pickaxe A great pickaxe which can help speed up farming in mid-late game stages.
Arcane Pickaxe Available after completing the Lost Guitar quest, players can obtain the Arcane Pickaxe to speed up clear times in World Two, and get started on the Icy Pebbles in World Three.
Arcane Pickaxe Available after completing the Lost Guitar quest, players can obtain the Arcane Pickaxe to speed up clear times in World Two, and get started on the Icy Pebbles in World Three.
Cobalt Pickaxe Must-have after reaching World Two, this is your next upgrade after the Stonewake Pickaxe. The Cobalt Pickaxe will allow you to mine higher tier ore much faster.

A Pickaxes

Pickaxe Explanation
Snow Pickaxe This pickaxe is required to clear Moro 5, which contains Small Crystals.
Aqua Pickaxe Recommended for players who do not own the Christmas Pickaxe, as this can mine Icy Boulders.
Demonic Pickaxe A good pickaxe that can speed up clears and tackle high tier rocks. Can be bought if you can afford it, but the Arcane Pickaxe is generally better.
Lightite Pickaxe Available before the Demonic Pickaxe and Arcane Pickaxe, players can purchase this to speed up farming time.
Uranium Pickaxe Another good pickaxe that's cheaper, but can mine World Two ore much faster.
Titanium Pickaxe The second tier of pickaxe at world two. This is a decent pickaxe that can speed up farming.
Christmas Pickaxe A great pickaxe made cheaper with Christmas Tickets. This will help you speed through the game. Unobtainable after January 9, 2026.
Candy Cane Pickaxe Another good pickaxe that can speed up your progress. Unobtainable after January 9, 2026.

B Pickaxes

Pickaxe Explanation
Tungsten Pickaxe Entry level pickaxe for World Three. Purchase it to clear World Three Rocks.
Mist Pickaxe Can be bought to speed up farming, but the power for its price makes it recommended to skip.
Magma Pickaxe A good pickaxe that is only surpassed by the more affordable Arcane Pickaxe in terms of value.
Platinum Pickaxe Too expensive compared to the Stonewake's Pickaxe in World One. You can skip this and save up for the Cobalt Pickaxe.
Golden Pickaxe An affordable Pickaxe you can obtain right before the Stonewake Pickaxe.

C Pickaxes

Pickaxe Explanation
Iron Pickaxe The Iron Pickaxe mines higher tier ore in World One. This can be sold after upgrading.
Bronze Pickaxe The first pickaxe you purchase from the store. Can be sold after upgrading.
Stone Pickaxe Your first pickaxe given to you by the game. Sell immediately after buying the Bronze Pickaxe

Although it's a bit slow, the Stonewake's Pickaxe is what you want to buy first as soon as you can afford it in World 1. This is a strong and relatively cheap pickaxe that should allow you to farm every ore in World 1, allowing you to save up for World 2 pickaxes.

Cobalt Pickaxe

Rarity: Uncommon
Location: Forgotten Kingdom

The next step is to save up for the Cobalt Pickaxe. This is a stronger pickaxe that allows you to mine more durable ore, and mine previous ores faster.

Uranium Pickaxe

Purchasing the Uranium Pickaxe will allow you to mine basalt cores. These rocks were previously inaccessible to players as the Cobalt Pickaxe did not meet the DPS requirement.

Players need the Mythril Pickaxe next in order to access the deeper levels of World 2. This allows you to mine Basalt Veins, which close off the Volcanic Depths.

Arcane Pickaxe

The Arcane Pickaxe is the next step of progression, as it has superior luck and power stats compared to the Lightite Pickaxe. This also lets you clear world 2 content faster, and can destroy the Icy Pebbles in World 3.

In order to obtain the Arcane Pickaxe, players will have to complete Lost Guitar, the quest given to you by the Bard in World 1.
