The Lost Guitar is located in a hidden area inside The Cave, accessed by taking a hole in the floor close to Umut the Brave. It will lead into a dark underground area where the guitar is located near an Undead.

1. Accept the Quest From the Bard

Bard Location

To start the Lost Guitar quest, accept it from the Bard in Stonewake's Cross (the first world of the game). You can find the Bard by a campfire beside the Potions store.

2. Enter the Hole Beside Umut

Enter the Hidden Area

Once you have the quest, enter the Cave and make your way to where Umut the Brave can be found. To his left, there is a hidden hole in the floor near some vines.

3. Find the Guitar in the Hidden Area

Guitar in the Hidden Area

This will lead you to a dimly-lit secret area. Progress further in until you find an Undead with the Guitar close to its body. Retrieve the Guitar and exit the Cave, then speak with the Bard again to complete the quest.
