Behind a Waterfall in the Goblin Cave
The Lost Cat is located behind a waterfall in the Goblin Cave, which can only be accessed by completing 5 quests from the Goblin King. These are all in the Forgotten Kingdom region, the 2nd world of the game.
Lost Cat Walkthrough
1. Accept the Quest From Tomo the Explorist
The Lost Cat quest is obtained from Tomo the Explorist in the Stonewake's Cross world, the first one in the game. Speak with Tomo and agree to find the cat to start the quest.
2. Defeat Azuk and Gurak in Forgotten Kingdom
You will have to move to the second world called Forgotten Kingdom in order to progress this quest.
From the Forgotten Kingdom Forge, head left past the Enhancer and Runemaker shops until you see Azuk and Gurak right before reaching the docks. Defeat them both to proceed.
3. Meet the Goblin King and Complete his Quests

After defeating Azuk and Gurak, enter the area they were guarding to meet the Goblin King. He will offer 5 total quests in sequence, all of them asking for some Gold and a few pieces of a specific ore.
Complete all five quests to gain access to the Goblin Cave area.
4. Find the Cat in the Waterfall in the Goblin Cave
Once you have access to the Goblin Cave, head inside and look for the waterfall. You can walk through it into a secret area, where the cat is found. Pick up the Lost Cat, and return to Tomo in Stonewake's Cross to complete the quest.
