As opposed to the traditional Diluc build that runs with elemental reactions such as Vaporize and Melt in mind, Diluc will be fighting alone in this domain challenge.

With that in mind, focus on more direct damage increases such as more CRIT stats, ATK%, and even Energy Recharge to decrease his Elemental Burst downtime.

For this challenge, building to improve Diluc's personal damage is going to be tremendous help, and weapons such as the Redhorn Stonethresher or even Wolf's Gravestone can boost his solo damage output.

These weapons also have the benefit of providing him unconditional buffs in the form of CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and ATK%.

Diluc's best artifacts for his Envisaged Echoes challenge would be either a mix of 2-pc. Crimson Witch and Gladiator's Finale, or a full set of Gladiator's Finale.

As opposed to his Elemental Reaction-centric playstyle, Diluc will not be able to trigger any reactions, and should thus build for raw damage, as the 4-pc. set passive of Crimson Witch will go to waste here.

Tailor your artifacts to solely increase Diluc's raw damage with CRIT and ATK stats so that he has an easier time defeating the enemies in the domain.

The Dark Side of Dawn Strategy

Light the Pyro Monuments

The first part of the challenge requires Diluc to light all five Pyro Monuments in a short time. You can do this by standing next to the slanted monument by the exit.

Aim towards the other four Monuments and cast Diluc's ult to hit them all. The fifth one beside you should also get lit up, and you can quickly strike it with your Elemental Skill if it is not.

Defeat Enemies Within Time Limit

The second part of the challenge features 10 enemies that Diluc must defeat within 70 seconds.

Most of these enemies will be packing some form of shield to negate your damage, and proper usage of Diluc's abilities will be needed to quickly take them out.

Use Diluc's Elemental Skills to Break Shields

The Mitachurl's Wooden and Ice shields, as well as the Abyss Mage shields can take time to beat without any abilities.

On this end, do not be afraid to use Diluc's Elemental Skill as a way to quickly burn through the shields.

Combat Rotation

Use this solo rotation for Diluc in the domain to make use of his Elemental Infusion's uptime, as well as dealing consistent damage while juggling ability cooldowns.

Take note that you can either use one or two Normal Attack in-between skill usages depending on how much damage you need to weave in.
