This build based on Dalkora's endgame Mace Whirlwind Build which utilizes Malignant Hearts which makes the build even stronger for pushing high-tier content.

The build aims to clear packs of enemies fast and instantly delete bosses in a few seconds using Whirlwind that is boosted by War Cry, Wrath of the Berserker, and Unbridled Rage. To mitigate Unbridled Rage's resource drain, Rallying Cry and Wrath of the Berserker are highly recommended for Fury generation.

Flat damage boosts from Aspect of Limitless Rage, Aspect of the Expectant, and Edgemaster's Aspect are applied to the entire duration of Whirlwind until it stops. This is further improved by your critical strikes from the Caged Heart of Tempting Fate, which will synergize with The Barber Caged Heart that causes the deletion of enemies and bosses while you spin on them.

Choose a general direction, cast all shouts, and use Whirlwind until all your enemies are dead. This shouldn't take too long considering the bonuses and unique abilities from the malignant hearts equipped.

Use Rallying Cry as a Panic Button

When you're in tough situations and is control impaired, use Rallying Cry to break out of crowd control and reposition to avoid damage.
