To unlock Retro Rampage 3, you must chase down the UFO carrying an asteroid that spawns on the lower right part of Serpent Starway. Break the asteroid it's carrying in order to get Retro Rampage 3 to spawn.
You may need to beat this galaxy's boss and unlock Dude Raiding before the UFO starts appearing in this level.

| 1 | Hit the chest to get Barkster the Bulldog Booster and boost Astro through the middle wall. |
| 2 | Defeat two large and four small enemies while dodging their attacks. |
| 2.1 | Be quick and careful as the platforms that Astro walks on will gradually fall. |
| 3 | Rescue the VIP Bot to complete the stage. |
VIP Bot: Prodigious Chef. Found at the end of the level after defeating all enemies.

There are no Puzzle Pieces to collect in Retro Rampage 1.
The Prodigious Chef is the only Bot that can be found in Retro Rampage 3. This is the Bot version of the chef from Ore no Ryouri.
