To unlock Lost Circle Void, you must hit all the asteroids floating on the lower-right side of the Serpent Starway Map.
Once done, the planet Lost Circle Void will appear.

A single Red Circle will lead you to a dome-like structure found at the end of the level. Release three Red Circles inside the dome to rescue all four at the same time.
Rescuing all Red Circles in Lost Circle Void will unlock the following planets in Serpent Starway:
