To unlock Light Bulb Limbo, you must find the hidden exit in the Go-Go Archipelago! level, and leave through the wormhole it opens up.
This hidden exit can be found by defeating Captain Pincher at the end of the level and burrowing into the hidden area found beneath one of his pincers upon his defeat. Pull the disco ball to reveal the hidden exit flag.

On an invisible moving platform past the gate near the first checkpoint.
Clinging onto the side of the platform past the invisible bridge after defeating the green ghost enemy.
Go up to the elevated platform to the left of the third checkpoint. Use a light bulb so you can see the invisible moving platforms.
After the winding invisible bridge with a puzzle piece, there is a sleeping statue to the left. Throw a light bulb onto it to wake it up and reveal a coffin with the fourth Bot.
This Bot by the headstone is surrounded by an invisible barrier. Take a light bulb, follow the invisible platforms, and defeat the ghost at the top of the invisible barrier.
After the third checkpoint, use the light to navigate through the invisible platforms in order to reach the first puzzle piece.
Throw a light bulb onto the statue on a platform to the right of the headstone to make this piece appear.

The Son of Sparda is the third Bot found in Light Bulb Limbo, and is a Bot version of Dante from the Devil May Cry series.
The Vamp Champ is the fourth Bot found in Light Bulb Limbo, and is a Bot version of Kain from the Legacy of Kain series.
The Resurrected Wraith is the fifth Bot found in Light Bulb Limbo, and is a Bot version of Raziel from the Legacy of Kain series.
