To unlock Boxel Bust-Up, you must find the hidden exit in the Downsize Surprise level, and leave through the portal it opens up.
This hidden exit can be found on a tree above the bedroom area. Once you're on the platform with a checkpoint, you'll notice that one side has a covered fan, while the other side has a lock with a small hole.
Go to the side with the fan and uncover it using your laser. Blow into the fans near the frog to make it blow bubbles. Ride a bubble up to the nearby tree, then pull the disco ball to reveal the hidden exit flag.
