Astro Bot - Free DLC Release Date and Details
Astro Bot will be receiving a free DLC in Fall 2024, which includes five new speedrun levels, 10 new VIP Bots, and more! Read on for more information about the free DLC, its contents, and release date.

As part of the DLC announcement on the PlayStation Blog, the Building Speed speedrun stage will be available starting October 17, 6AM PT.

The stage will feature a brand new stage along with a leaderboard system, allowing players to compete for the fastest clear time.

Starting on October 17, the brand new Speedrun stages will be made available every Thursday at 6AM PT. The announcement was made on the Playstation Blog, along with a preview of what the first stage will look like.

The new Speedrun stages will also feature a leaderboard system, allowing players to compete for the fastest clear time, along with 10 New Special VIP Bots scattered across the new DLC stages!

In Quest Daily's interview with Nicolas Doucet, the studio director of Astro Bot's developer Team Asobi, it was revealed that a free DLC will be released for Astro Bot sometime later this year.

A trailer for Astro Bot's Speedrun and Special Bots trailer released during the State of Play confirms that the DLC will release in Fall 2024. We will update this page once more information is revealed.

A trailer for Astro Bot's upcoming Add-Ons reveal that 5 New Speedrun Levels are coming to Astro Bot! These challenge-type levels are similar to the Speed Runs in Astro's Playroom.

There will also be a leaderboard added to these where you can compare your results with your friends.

10 Additional VIP Bots will also be added in this free DLC. Although there are already over 150 VIP Bots in the game, there is still room for more Bots from other game franchises.

So far, only EVE from Stellar Blade and a Helldiver from Helldivers 2 have been confirmed as among the new VIP bots!
