The hidden exit portal on Go-Go Archipelago! can be found by defeating Captain Pincher at the end of the level. Once he's defeated, both of his pincers should fall and stick to the ground.
Beneath one of these pincers is a hidden spot that you can burrowing into using a charged attack. Pull the disco ball in this hidden area to reveal the hidden exit flag that should open up a portal and unlock Light Bulb Limbo in the Lost Galaxy.
Tied to a tree left of the landing area.
From the landing area, reach the platform on the left.
After defeating the monster by throwing him stones twice, push down the button to reveal some steps, head up and open the yellow shell.
Locked inside a cage on the glass bridge.
From where the cage landed, grab the big rock on the island ahead of you and throw it to the marked location to reveal a hidden area. Inside is Bot 5.
After lifting the gate, head up and use the cannon to get to the other side. The bot will be at the very top of the wrecked ship tied to a tree.
Found inside the barrel near the checkpoint upon climbing the next area.
Fly towards it in the beginning of the stage.
After opening the shell, throw the rock to the wall on the left to reveal a hidden area where the puzzle piece will be.
From the broken bridge, jump onto the other side where you will find a large throwable rock.
Use the rock to throw it onto the marked location revealing a cave, inside will be the third puzzle piece.
