Torrential Turbulent Charge Stage 1 Location

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 1 Stage 1 can be located underwater in the northern area of Salacia Plains and right outside the city area for the Court of Fontaine.

Dodge the Hidden Obstacles

For the Ascend Like a Seahorse stage, hidden obstacles will appear out of nowhere so try your best to dodge them in time! Hitting these obstacles will decrease your challenge time and may lessen your chances of getting the complete rewards.

Torrential Turbulent Charge Stage 2 Location

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 1 Stage 2 can be located underwater near the Chemin de L'Espoir area and is on the city's left outer area for the Court of Fontaine.

Slide Through Special Obstacles

In the Sidle Like a Crab stage, there are glowing special obstacles that limit areas you must avoid. Slide through the open spaces to complete the challenge at a faster time! Do note that bumping into these obstacles will also reduce your challenge time.

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 2 Stage 3 may be found underwater near the Opera Epiclese in the Salacia Plain area.

Watch Out for Moving Obstacles

Similarly to the previous stages, obstacles are going to appear on the course. Some of them will begin to alter position as you approach them, so keep an eye out for where they are moving to avoid them.

Torrential Turbulent Charge Stage 4 Location

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 2 Stage 4 can be located under the waterfalls in Poisson.

Make Use of Turbulent Rings

Turbulent Rings work similarly to Turbulent Bubbles in that passing through them propels your character forward. Using this can let you get to your destination much faster, but be mindful of and avoid obstacles ahead when using the turbulent rings.

Torrential Turbulent Charge Stage 5 Location

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 3 Stage 5 is found southwest of the Pale Forgotten Glory domain, in the area between Salacia Plain and Elton Trench!

Watch out for Moving Obstacles

The Stage 5 challenge is full of obstacles that move inward or outward as you draw closer, so make sure not to fall for their trap. Always be ready to move and avoid them!

Torrential Turbulent Charge Stage 6 Location

Torrential Turbulent Charge Day 3 Stage 6 is located at the very depths of the Institute of Natural Philosophy, which you can only unlock during the Aqueous Tidemarks world quest.

Slip Past the Special and Moving Obstacles

The final stage of the Torrential Turbulent Charge has both the special, glass-like obstacles and the moving obstacles along its path. Watch out for both as you traverse the narrow pathways through the ruins.

How to Play Torrential Turbulent Charge

Select an Underwater Challenge

The Torrential Turbulent Charge involves the new underwater diving mechanic introduced in Fontaine. Each challenge is located and completed in an underwater area.

Players will automatically move forward during the challenge and can only steer their character's direction.

Diving Mechanic Guide

Use Turbulent Boosters to Travel Faster

Players can pass through Turbulent Boosters to gain a temporary boost in speed during the challenge. These rings work similarly to underwater currents.

Fontaine's Currents Guide

Avoid Obstacles and Reach the Goal

There will also be certain obstacles in the path that players must avoid, or else the challenge time will decrease! Take care not to get blocked and reach the goal within the time limit to complete the challenge.
