Galbadia - General Information

Galbadia is a large continent located in the middle east part of the map. Galbadia is comprised of Timber, Galbadia Garden, Deling City, Tomb of the Unknown King, D-District Prison, Missile Base, Winhill, and Obel Lake.

Timber

Timber is the final location of the Timber Mission. Timber is also home to the Forest Owls, members of the rebellion against the Galbadian occupation of Timber.

Galbadia Garden

Galbadia Garden is home to the Seed students and aspiring Seeds located in the Galbadia continent.

The Garden in Galbadia serves as Squall's group's hiding place during the commotion in Timber.

Deling City

Deling City is the capital of Galbadia located in the north of the continent and home to General Caraway and Rinoa Heartilly. It was named after President Vinzer Deling.

Tomb of the Unknown King

Tomb of the Unknown King is a small cave located in the northeast of Deling which is home to the Guardian Brothers, Minotaur and Sacred.

D-District Prison is the prison in which Squall is held captive along with the other Seed members after the assassination plot in Deling.

Winhill

Winhill is a small independent town located in the southwest end of the Galbadia continent.

The location can first be accessed as Laguna in Laguna Dream 3 and can also be accessed at any time to complete the Winhill Vase Side Quest.

Timber Mission

Timber Mission is an event in the main story which occurs during the train ride to Timber. The chapter introduces Rinoa Heartilly and her request to the Seed members.

Part of the main quest occurs in D-District Prison, revolving around Squall and his group's attempt to escape after being held captive in D-District Prison.

Another part of the main story occurs in Missile Base after breaking out of prison and attempting to stop the missiles from targeting Balamb Garden.

Balamb VS Galbadia is a part of the main quest in which the two Gardens clash, each battling for their respective beliefs.

Winhill

Winhill is the setting for Laguna Dream 3 and the Winhill Vase Side Quest.

This location has Drain, Reflect, and Cure Draw Points. Meanwhile, the Vase Side Quest rewards the player with Gysahl Greens, Phoenix Pinion, and Holy Stone.
