Quest Location Winhill (as Squall's Party)
When Can You Access this Quest? After Balamb Garden becomes mobile
Reward Holy Stone

Objectives

Objective
1 Head to the Mansion in the center of Winhill and talk to the mayor.
2 Check the armor, then check the fallen Vase piece on the ground.
3 Head south and enter the flower shop.
4 Check the flowers and when asked by the grandlady, say you like the flowers, then check again for a broken vase piece.
5 Head up to see a little chicobo crossing the road. Block it and interact with it to knock it in the air. Pick up the third vase piece.
6 Go to Raine's House and to see Raine's Ghost. Talk to it to recieve the last Vase Piece.

Gysahl Greens x1 Acquired by knocking the passing Chocobo twice.
Phoenix Pinion x1 Obtained by knocking the passing Chocobo thrice.

Knock the passing Chocobo roaming around the highway near the flower house. It will give you Gysahl Greens and Phoenix Pinion.
