When the Business Scrub mentions not getting a Twisted Pumpkin soon, choose Here you go!
After giving the Business Scrub a Twisted Pumpkin, the quest will be complete.

Upon giving a Twisted Pumpkin to the Business Scrub, you will be rewarded with 10 Warm Peppers.
Warm Peppers are also an ingredient for making Warm Smoothies, so make sure to keep some in your inventory!
