How to Unlock Getting it Twisted
Talk to the Business Scrub at Hebra Mountain
Speak to the Business Scrub located on the west side of Hebra Mountain, northwest of Conde's House. From the mountain's entrance, follow the Braziers to the east, then head north when you reach a wall.
Getting it Twisted Walkthrough
Give Twisted Pumpkin to the Business Scrub
If you already have a Twisted Pumpkin, just give it to the Business Scrub to instantly complete the quest.
Twisted Pumpkins are also useful as ingredients for crafting Smoothies and Twisty Potions, so make sure to keep some in your inventory!

How to Get Twisted Pumpkins
Inside a Cave Next to Conde's House
You can get 3 Twisted Pumpkins by breaking the wooden boxes inside the cave located next to Conde's House, just south of Hebra Mountain.

Hyrule Castle
Alternatively, you can also get Twisted Pumpkins from a treasure chest at B1 Floor of Hyrule Castle.
Given as a Quest Reward by Dampe
You'll receive 5 Twisted Pumpkins for rescuing Dampe. To find him, head to the Waypoint just north of Hyrule Ranch, then go east into the field where you'll see Dampe being attacked by a crow. Save him, and he'll reward you with the pumpkins.

Warm Peppers
Upon giving a Twisted Pumpkin to the Business Scrub, you will be rewarded with 10 Warm Peppers.
Warm Peppers are also an ingredient for making Warm Smoothies, so make sure to keep some in your inventory!

Access to the Hebra Mountain Smoothie Shop
Similar to other Smoothie Shop sidequests, completing Getting it Twisted also allows you to make smoothies at this Smoothie Shop by talking to the Business Scrub.
If it's your first time making a smoothie, another side quest called Recipes, Please will be unlocked!
