For a Support Noelle, should that be Elemental Mastery or Energy Recharge, under Substats for the Artifacts?

Has anyone tried Noelle with 4*Shimenawa?

Noelle post-2.3 feels absolutely busted. With Gorou and Yun Jin, she's busting out 60k+ normal attacks in a football field-sized radius. While healing the team. And shielded.

TERRIBLE guide. Unforged is worse than Whiteblind and the best weapon on her is Skyward Pride in terms of DPS. DO NOT USE Unforged. it is a terrible weapon

It is possible to get her to do 25k-40k crits on her obscene AoE swings and perma burst uptime without energy recharge weapon sub-stat or much energy recharge primary/sub-artifacts stats. Theoretically, you could get it higher but instead focus on strong sub DPS like Xiangling to stack DPS and particle generation. Or roll tri/quad geo party for fast swap burst when down.

Even Refine 0 is still her BiS tho. Whiteblind is a good truly F2P only alternative. Rest is garbo. Pair with sub DPS like Xiang.
