Need an artifact set that decrease the skill CD so Support Noelle can work and become 4* Zhongli.
Her most serious weekness to me is that she generates no geo particles. She is only one of 3 characters whos elemental skill does not generate any. Which in turn means she really must have another GEO member on the team to use her burst with any degree of reliability.
Are there are any good builds with high crit rate/dmg and healing Bonus? I want to build her as DPS, but don't want to miss healing for the Team.
It might have higher dmg numbers but it doesn’t have higher dps, echoes is better on faster attacking characters
I tested with Echoes of an Offering, and it has more dmg than Bolide
it should be energy recharge, write probably mistyped
For a Support Noelle, should that be Elemental Mastery or Energy Recharge, under Substats for the Artifacts?
I run with a Bell build, the instant the enemy even just touches her, a shield comes up. Combined with a 4 piece Bolide and her Elemental Skill cooldown, it's almost like she's perm-buffed. She'll never really be without a shield and the +% damage when shielded fits her situation and build nicely.
2pc DEF% + 2pc Heal% with DEF% + Heal Bonus% mainstats for "wash-machine healer" playstyle is fun, try it~

Has anyone tried Noelle with 4*Shimenawa?
Noelle post-2.3 feels absolutely busted. With Gorou and Yun Jin, she's busting out 60k+ normal attacks in a football field-sized radius. While healing the team. And shielded.

Don't listen to above, I would always on EVERY character recommend hybrid if you play as main dps without switching much. Because if your shield is not up and you have not god tier ER stats which make your ulti mmidiately be up, you dont want to use full geo team - you are left with horrible trash damage on normal hits while on hybrid this will be way higher. also i dont get why gravestone not listed here, its madlad on itto and noelle
