Didn't they used to have a support option for the best builds section? Where it says "Main DPS and Support Builds for Noelle". Now it's just main dps??? I haven't touched my Noelle in forever on my main acc but I'm trying to build her as a support again on a different acc- I remember looking here before but now I can't find the options for support... what substats am I going for on artifacts?! Why did they remove the support build section? Kinda a shame ngl
Whatever Ranking Noelle Will be.. She will always be my SSS and I will be carrying Abyss with her . From 1.4 - 5.0 all 36* with Noelle carry one team. 🌹🥞🌹
popping her shields near an explosive barrel will make it explode sending enemies flying away/dead, leaving her without any scratch, also it lets you run away from telegraphed missiles (ie, guardians)

Honestly she deserves a higher rank in support She may have a high cooldown but technically her shield also lasts longer compared to others Geo shields are naturally best againts non-specific enemies So what if she needs to be on-field to heal, other shielders can't heal at all Personally i recommend using her as both shielder and dps, meaning you can just stack def stacks

With the Version 4.3 and the addition of the new artifacts, did her best DMG build changed? Is the "Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods" better now?
She keeps getting better as the game adds patches and characters, but many sites still underrate her. She can face tank everything in the game like a champ... basically unkillable. She heals the entire team. And properly built can deal respectable damage in a large AoE. Should be at least A-tier.
Support D is probably due her heals is literally RNG based prior to C1 + you need to field her in order for the heal to proc, and her shield also got way too long cooldown time, in which both are bad for a Support character, especially when you compared with other Supports (e.g Zhongli & Kokomi only needs 1s to cast their skill, or Barbara/Jean/Sayu/Mika just press their burst to heal the entire party).
Noelle's current ranking chart makes no sense. Support: D, Exploration: A? Support is part of what she's best at, while she doesn't do all that much for exploration, beyond breaking rocks. She's arguably one of the better shielders, with a strong main shield, emergency shield, and crystallize shields to help fill their downtime. And she can also heal the team reasonably well while dealing decent damage, giving her versatility. A "D" ranking for support seems at least a couple tiers off.
if only Genshin's endgame content is something more than just beating the clock....
Need an artifact set that decrease the skill CD so Support Noelle can work and become 4* Zhongli.
Her most serious weekness to me is that she generates no geo particles. She is only one of 3 characters whos elemental skill does not generate any. Which in turn means she really must have another GEO member on the team to use her burst with any degree of reliability.
Are there are any good builds with high crit rate/dmg and healing Bonus? I want to build her as DPS, but don't want to miss healing for the Team.
It might have higher dmg numbers but it doesn’t have higher dps, echoes is better on faster attacking characters
I tested with Echoes of an Offering, and it has more dmg than Bolide
it should be energy recharge, write probably mistyped
For a Support Noelle, should that be Elemental Mastery or Energy Recharge, under Substats for the Artifacts?
