The dream that the fisherman in Arni Village says is actually a clue on the interaction order you need to do to get Mojo's level 7 technique. First, you have to interact with the Lasery Cat and then the Aurey the Cat then lastly, Lickety the Cat. Once completed, you'll get a short scene then you'll obtain the Level 7 tech in the end.
