SSBU Drill ImageDrill Fire this to send a drill bit shooting across the stage, pushing enemies out and away. You can then throw the base!
SSBU Bumper ImageBumper A bumper can be placed in the air or on the ground. Anyone who touches it will be bounced like a pinball.

SSBU Rolling Crate ImageRolling Crate It may look like a regular old box, but it isn't. It has wheels!
SSBU Smoke Ball ImageSmoke Ball After being thrown, this item will roll around on the ground or stick to opponents. The smoke makes it hard to see the battle.
SSBU Gooey Bomb ImageGooey Bomb This bomb goes off shortly after sticking to something. If that something is you, brush the bomb onto someone else! Fast!
SSBU Motion-Sensor Bomb ImageMotion-Sensor Bomb Once placed on the battlefield, this small bomb will go off the moment anyone gets too close.

Depends on who it is you struggle against. I'd say generally someone like Wolf or Palu is a good secondary for any character. Byleth's largest drawback is mobility and frame data, so a character with faster options and movement is your best bet.

Hi! We actually have a section on Marth's matchups here:
As Marth has great range and framedata, a good matchup will be a character that can whiff punish with quick burst options, and have a way to get in and find an opening! Quick characters with excellent frame data, like Pika, Greninja, or Sheik, ZSS, or Sonic are our top recommendations!
