This ruin guard is located to the right, just on the edge of the cliff, south of the waypoint listed under Records: Code "Ansuz" and it's code is as follows "1-1.2-....-..1.-2-....-.2-.1..-1.-"
The Ruin guard original shown in the article listed as under Records: Code "Fehu" and reads as follows: ".2-.1.-1..1-2.1-1.2-.2.-" The Port Ormos Ruin guard is under Records: Code "Thurisaz" and reads as follows: "-1..-..1.-.3-...1-1.2-3-2-2.-.."
Sure enough there ARE in fact other ruin guards that can be powered on, and other sentinels. This one was just outside port Ormos. Currently I have found 14 Lost Energy Blocks. The ruin guards give you a code of numbers like the ones in dragonspine did. So hopefully someone can solve the cipher this time too.
There are more than the 10 in your article. So far I have found 13 energy blocks, and a handful of downed guards with energy blocks near them, but I haven't tried activating any of them yet. There are at least 3 other letters to this quest line that I've discovered, some are underground in the cavern below the massive ruin guard in the mountain.
