Attacks all enemies in an explosion of spiteful emotions. Grants all allies skill nullifier, negating damage received from the next skill attack. Damage dealt increases proportional to the caster's max Health,

Soulburn Effect Consume 10 Soul
Skill cooldown is decreased by 2 turns.
