Tips before Challenging

Monsters are immune to stun as well as take reduced damage from attacks that cause damage proportional to max health.
Prioritize bringing heroes that don't deal damage proportional to their max health. Or, just power through this by making sure your heroes have a high enough Attack that this won't even be a problem.
Heroes recover less health.
Using Heroes with increased stats in both Speed and Attack, you can limit the chances monsters have attacking you. You won't need to recover health if you don't get it.
Monsters have increased Effectiveness and Effect Resistance.
Use Critical Hit Chance as well as Speed to your advantage and brute strength your way to defeat the monsters immediately. Eventually, you'll be able to find devices that can provide debuffs that ignore Effect Resistance against monsters.

Enemies

Enemies

This floor might give you trouble.

Phantom Captain Rikoris grants Increased Speed to all allies and inflicts Decrease Defense and Stun debuffs to enemies.

Phantom Achates can dispel debuffs from all allies and also grants Invincible buff to an ally.

While Phantom Dark Corvus is very tanky with attacks that can restore health..

If we take them all on at once, it'll be easy to become overwhelmed. So, the smart thing to do is to take them on one at a time.

First, focus on taking down Phantom Achates. Her invincibility and cleanse can make this battle more annoying than it should be.

Once she's been dealt with, switch focus to Phantom Captain Rikoris. His support skills will not only buff his allies, but also increase damage dealt to you via his Defense Breaks. Phantom Dark Corvus can be a handful enough alone, let's not help him by giving him an ally to help him out!

Now that Phantom Dark Corvus is alone, you can go all out and inflict as much damage as you can, as fast as you can.

Without Phantom Achates to Cleanse him of debuffs, you can bombard him with all the standard debuffs, and keep attacking him -- not forgetting to Heal whenever needed.

And once he's been taken care of, it's off to the next floor.
