As the starting cast for the Proxy, Anby, Billy and Nicole are perfect fine to use as is. Just make sure to level them up to at least level 6 to meet the stage's difficulty.

Build Decibel Ratings Before the Boss

Defeat Enemies in Logistics Disaster

Upon entering Logistical Disaster, your party will be met with 2 Ionized Setoria and 2 Ionized Nacelia that you must defeat. We recommend building up Decibel Ratings to use Ultimates later for the boss ahead.

Ionized Farbauti

Ionized - Farbauti has large area-of-effect attacks that you must be careful with. Press on the attack against Ionized Farbauti to build up Daze, and execute Perfect Assists during its telegraphed attacks.

Talk to the Investigator

Talk to the Investigator in Logistics Disaster

Once the enemies have been dispatched, follow the quest marker to head and talk to the Investigator. Once done, the commission will be over and you can proceed with The Ultimate Collectibles Exploration Quest if you have not done so yet.

After completing both Logistical Disaster and The Ultimate Collectibles, you can return to General Chop and unlock the Waterfall Soup Noodles Shop. Eating Noodles will cost Dennies, but will temporarily give your Agents buffs in combat.
