Attach Rune Piece at Blacksmith

You can try to find Blacksmiths so they can attach the Rune Piece to your weapon. Attaching a Rune Piece to your weapon grants it an elemental damage boost which can help you against certain enemies. Blacksmiths are not present in every town, so it's best to recruit a blacksmith for your HQ.
