How to Beat Gigantes

Use the Wind, Lightning, and Falcon Runes
Gigantes is weak to both Wind and Lightning, so using either Rune will deal more damage against it. Make sure someone in your party has either Rune equipped to make the fight easier.
Also, Valeria's unique Rune, the Falcon Rune, deals 3x her normal attack's damage. Since there's no drawback to using it repeatedly, it's highly recommended to spam this attack.
Increase Your Weapon Levels
It's recommended that you raise your party's weapon levels to 6 or higher. However, it may be too expensive to raise everyone's weapon level, so we recommend either farming Potch or prioritize Hero, Viktor, or Valeria first.
Blacksmith Guide: How to Unlock and Use
Have Everyone Carry Healing Items
Make sure that everyone has healing items, like Mega Medicine, so that you can be flexible with your recovery. While the damage from Gigantes' attacks isn't too threatening, it doesn't hurt to have the team's HP topped up.
Use the Dragon Incense to Heal the Party
Equip the Dragon Incense on Gremio to heal the entire party. Take advantage of Gremio's low Speed stat as he will most likely be the last to act in a turn. This way, you can efficiently heal the party after the boss attacks.
