This could be massive on support Nahida. 100% of her massive off-field damage comes from e-skill, her burst is simply a buffer field. The 2pc might also work really well with Alhaitham. His mirrors are the majority of his damage, and those are considered e-skill.

Her e-skill summons Oz with an explosion, the explosion itself is all that counts as e-skill DMG. While Oz's DMG scales with the e-skill talent, it is not consider e-skill DMG.

Unless they changed Fischl completely, this set is terrible on her. Oz's damage is not considered e-skill damage regardless of how he was summoned. Only the explosion which summons Oz is her e-skill, the bird swoop is her burst. For the same reason Tenacity sounded great, but sucked on her. Oz inherits Fischl's stats (ATK , Electro DMG, and EM) when summoned (snapshotted, so they cannot change), but beyond that counts as his own entity, rather than an enduring burst or e-skill.

I'd actually use this for Raiden. I currently have her on 2 piece emblem 2 piece glad, but I really only use her skill, then swap to other characters (Childe, Alhaitham, Yoimiya dps teams). I like her steady electro application, which this 4 piece set might boost her skill nicely, especially with her being off-field so much.

What about Xiangling? You swap her in, summon Gouba and swap her out again.

Hmmm this artifact is most likely meant for hydro archon so her kit will be focus on elemental skill

2-piece set bonus can be really good for Heizou.

Wouldn't this also be good for Deyha (I know it's a cope) but I mean 50% more skill damage is nice for her as she's off field most time anyway and her burst is hopeless for damage anyway.
