Once you've connected the junctions and repaired the broken blue mechanism, walk towards the flight of stairs until you reach the upper level of the cavern.

Keep going forward until you see a switch guarded by a Grounded Geoshroom. Flip the switch to open the Ancient Gate for Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part II!

Head inside the room to your left.

Rotate the valve via the blue mechanism guarded by two fungi. There should also be a Primal Ember behind you!

Return to the main room and activate the blue mechanism that was once covered in vines.

Head down, then look to your right and connect the Neverlight Cell with two Everlight Cells to unlock the barrier.

Start the mechanism, which should remove the vines on another mechanism in the middle of the room.

Open the door and head up to see a locked switch guarded by Primal Constructs. Defeat to unlock it.

Rotate the valve to uncover the vines on the last mechanism in the main room. Activating that opens the ancient gate!
