it was difficult? Well, the difficult part for me was against the Shogun herself. Signora meanwhile, I only have Aether, Fischl, Amber and Keqing. And it was easy. Raiden however, it was hard. Only Keqing is level 70. The rest are at 60.

And nobody mention how difficult Signora fight is when your character are level 70 and still struggle

The Delusions quest is missing key information. There are in fact Fatui Harbingers littered throughout the factory. You will get locked into battle with them as you search for the 3 amulets. They are tougher than your average variety. The Cryo ones, heal the Geo and Pyro Harbingers constantly. Having a high level well rounded team is advised.
You have to dash and follow a certain order
Just need to light them reaaally fast, dash with lisa worked for me, couldnt be fast enough with fishcl
Do you have to be a specific level for this quest ? Because I am AR45 and at "Those Who yearn for the God's gaze" and my electro monuments won't light up
