Shogun hyperbloom is better in er/atk/cr build cuz she gets 300EM under Nahida Sanctuary :) And c2 shogun with r5 engulfing lightning is best dps in this game no need to nerf her with EM ;)
I know this build is situational (viable yes, but weird for me), but i suggest this site to add Hyperbloom Shogun with full EM build and Dragon Bane/Scarlet Staff weapon
Well, i swap Favo with Spine for Rosaria, and use Favo for XL, The Catch one is for Shogun

optimal is 300% ER to maximize EOSF artifact 4p bonus, also every point of ER above 100% rise her electro dmg bonus and energy restoration for team. If you got Engulfing Lightning weapon then 270% is ok but you got only 80 pulls so no Engulfing Lightning, go fishin for The Catch :)
I believe she needs around 200-250 energy recharge

Considering i had similar question but ultimatly it depends on one thing only and that is who skill you want to hit bit harder vs bit stronger burst. Skyward spine weapon proc is equally useless on both char as shogun normal attack during elemental burst wont either trigger it
Skyward spine or the catch on her? I have both, but I don’t wanna take away the catch from xiangling 🥲

Very long burst cooldown. If only her C6 work for herself, she gonna be the best character in the game.
Her weakness : can't cook lmao . . Like, c'mon man, its a weird condition imo. Even his son can cook (also kinda ironic because her 'counterpart' is a masterchef)

As a C4 Raiden enjoyer I can tell you that she is working as intended. No need for concern, carry on.
My level 43 raiden does more damage than my level 70 bennett... should I be concerned?
You’re wrong by saying she’s trash without constellations and a f2p weapon? as someone STILL without any constellations and didn’t have her signature weapon until her rerun, I’m saying you’re flat out wrong. She’s still top tier without them and basically outclasses Fischl in everything but range
Why do u want to delete Raiden? She’s a 5* those are hard to get and u might need her for something.
Skyward spine is a decentish stat stick but Raiden doesn't make use of the passive proc at all during burst. Sword hits are counted as burst hits and not normal or charged hits so it doesn't proc during burst which is usually when she has her time on the field. Raiden will get more use out of other weapons but it also depends on her artifacts and team comp she in for how much use they are. Except EL ofc which is naturally always the best she can get since its made perfectly for her.
