Yun Jin's buffs get factored in before crit dmg....
My outside the box perspective 🙂🤷♂️ None of the best teams include ayako.... Why? His burst last 20 seconds and buffs normal attack. Combined with say a defense heavy c6 Yun Jin [[which adds flat numbers to attack]] your looking at beefy normal attacks! With a 12-32% attack speed buff! This would be where you throw in Nahdia or maybe Bennet for sloppier damage! If your not doing the 5th hit of the normal attack during burst your seriously handicapping your damage!
4pc gladiator said increase NA by 35%. is it affected on Cyno Burst??? all his numeric atk burst doesnt come from his NA right??? Anyone?

No, on Raiden's skill it specifically states it is Burst DMG. Cyno doesn't have the same wording and simply says attacks will be converted to Electro DMG.
Skyward spine would produce better dps and help his energy recharge issues, but make sure you can build enough crit rate and dmg. Otherwise you may find the deathmatch better, but overall skyward is better probably even considering that due to er
His burst state has hit breakdown just like Shogun which would make it bursts damage, no? Isn't this why Shogun/Baido got nerf saying her attack is considered as burst attack?
I assume his normal attack in his burst state is considered as burst damage just like shotgun since his stats has hit breakdown (with additional 1hit from normal). I don't see why EoSF would work
EoSF would not work for him. His Burst infused his AA into infusion, but not considered as Burst DMG
That honestly sounds awful. 4pc effect does not give you ANYTHING. Might as well just go 2pc EoSF 2pc TF
Simply put, 4pc GD if you have Cyno’s weapon. 4pc GLAD or TF if you DO NOT have Cyno’s weapon. Glad does out-dps TF, but both are reliable and great sets. Choose what has best substats.
guys skyward spine or deathmatch? I am short of resin
I pulled him because I really like his looks. but mixing dps with EM to me is horrible. he is actually relying on others or on reactions to do higher dmg or even have his ulti up Wonder why shogun set isn't said here. with her polearm and 4 piece fate set he does just as good damage BUT his ulti is by far faster loaded
What is actually his good artifact? Some people saying Gilded Dreams or thunder.
Cyno has same condition with Ayato i guess (good at many but master of none). Also Cyno's F2P artifacts are same with Ayato (just different mainstats)
Basically what #37 said. He is at the cusp of being SS, but you REALLY need his weapon + C2. Kinda similar in the way that Raiden is only SS DPS with weapon + C2, with the only reason she can break through to SS rank is because of her battery for everyone, which is just innate in her kit
he is almost in the middle. he is SS tier, but to be that way he requires expensive characters. for a whale or even a dolphin. SS, for a FTP S tier.
What would you guys rate him? S or SS? So far I think S, but that may change in the future
