There is a typo in Talent Priority. It says “ Normal Attack talent should not be left for last.”. It should instead say “ Normal Attack talent should not be levelled or left for last.”

I hyped Cyno and got him to C2. Its been months now and I have him on C2 9/9 with Glad set, White Tassel/Deatchmatch, Nahida with Wandering Evenstar and Fischl with Elegy. I am planning to get the Staff once it returns and farm the GD artifacts for him. By now, I find him kinda underwhelming. He is useless in the overworld tho, needs to burst to kill a single hillichurl camp and can't recharge in time to use again in another camp.

I give him skyward spine it's quite nice for that
