How Do I Change My Party Members?

Throughout most of the game you are actually unable to change the members of your party up until you receive the Blue Narciss on disc 3.

Changing your party lineup is as simple as boarding the Blue Narciss, or later on your Airship, and talking to the Crew Member to do the ol' switcheroo.

If your goal is just to reorder your party members in battle, check out the Order menu in the Main Menu, select a character, and move them wherever you please.
