Talk to the Aide of the Fat Chocobo

The Chocobo on the left side of the Fat Chocobo is willing to part with some of its Dead Peppers, giving you a full stock of Dead Peppers. Take note that the Chocobo will only do this 5 times total, so be sure not to waste them.

Use Them on Cracked Walls and Water Foams
