Tips before Challenging

Monsters are immune to stun as well as take reduced damage from attacks that cause damage proportional to max health.
Prioritize bringing heroes that don't deal damage proportional to their max health. Or, just power through this by making sure your heroes have a high enough Attack that this won't even be a problem.
Heroes recover less health.
Using Heroes with increased stats in both Speed and Attack, you can limit the chances monsters have attacking you. You won't need to recover health if you don't get it.
Monsters have increased Effectiveness and Effect Resistance.
Use Critical Hit Chance as well as Speed to your advantage and brute strength your way to defeat the monsters immediately. Eventually, you'll be able to find devices that can provide debuffs that ignore Effect Resistance against monsters.

Enemies

The first turn of the battle will give you an idea what the floor is like.

Nytros of Revulsion and Adamant Tarask are monsters that deal in Control.

Basically, their skills are tuned so that they can be faster than your Heroes while lowering your Team's Combat Readiness even more, giving them faster turnaround.

This'll mean faster skill cooldowns, and less turns for your Heroes to take as compared to them.

So, get your Speed up and your strongest multi-target attacks ready because this fight may end up a doozy.

Quickly focus on the Nytros of Revulsions. Their skills mainly increase their own Speed as well as increasing Combat Readiness of their strongest ally.

The key here is to try and stop them from beating your heroes at taking turns.

Once done, take down the Adamant Tarasks whose S3s can Defense Break your heroes, meaning you'll be taking more damage.

But this won't be a problem when their numbers have decreased, and if you have a Hero that can Cleanse.

Manage your Team's Health with Heals and then move onto the next floor.
