Effect This is a Water-type attack Dynamax Pokémon use. The user summons a heavy rain that falls for five turns.

Pokemon That Learn Max Geyser

Max Strike is usable by all Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokemon who know at least one Normal-type damaging move. That move will be replaced with Max Geyser while the Pokemon is Dynamaxed.

In the case of Gigantamax Pokemon, they may not be able to learn this move if their Water-type damaging moves are instead replaced by their signature G-Max Move.

Max Geyser Competitive Analysis

Max Geyser.png

Water-type moves turn into Max Geyser during Dynamax.

This move has an effect of summoning Heavy Rain making the Dynamax user a secondary Rain setter.

The effect works well with Rain teams especially if the initial setter faints at the earlier stages of the match.
