Iron Defense Competitive Analysis

Iron Defense raises the user's Defense stat by two stages. This move is most useful when dealing with physical attackers.

Offensively, Iron Defense can be paired with Body Press. Body Press' damage uses the Defense stat instead of the Attack stat to calculate the power.

Iron Defense Locations

Purchase from the Wild Area Trader
