Hi! After doing some tests using Trevenant, it seems Rocky Helmet does not trigger with self-inflicted damage.
Does Rocky Helmet also activates when getting self inflicted damage?
Rocky helmet seems cool, especially with its short about 2 second cool down. But the barriers for the effect to even activate and how it works makes it a useless item, that in effect practically never activates. To fix this item, they need to greatly increase its range of effect. Remove the user needing to lose a certain amount of health for it to activate. & Allow basic attacks and moves to activate it.
