Head Rattle Action Command Timing

Tilt the L Stick Left and Release Once the Star Lights Up

The Action Command for Head Rattle requires the player to tilt and hold the L stick to the left. Release the L Stick once the star icon at the end lights up. This will allow Mario's hammer attack to do more damage and confuse the target enemy.

Head Rattle Stylish Move Timing

Press A as You Hit the Enemy and Again Once Mario Lands His Backflip

The Stylish Move timing for Head Rattle requires the player to press the A button upon releasing the L Stick so that the stylish move is registered as the enemy is hit. This makes Mario do a backflip. Press the A button again once he lands his flip to perform his second stylish move.
