why salty tho he is right. back then xiao was hyped. now nobody talks about him anymore. there will be always new characters outpowering old. neuvillette and furina are overhyped compared to wanderer and yae who are laughed at. if they are built right they are just as good. wanderer hits 20k each normal , charged 40k and ulti 150k and that like a UZI plus piercing. and people say he is bad and neuv good. makes 0 sense.

What I mean by easier time building him is, you can go pass 300% CDMG most of the time, well it definitely at 250% CDMG atleast
Depend, if you have confidence getting his signature, then go for signature. If you don't, then get C1. To be honest, C1 is for people who want a perfect dmg for him with furina, if you don't use furina in his team then, better go for signature. After all, C1 is for easier game (no need to have 3 element reaction, almost no need for shielder). Well for me who got lucky before cause I got his signature, it really matter (easier time building him, cause CDMG plus 88%), btw I'm C0
Remember when Noelle able to solo abyss? She has healing, shielding, aoe dmg, One maid army just like neuvillette But then abyss start getting harder and harder, noelle flopped and unable to solo. Same will goes to Neuvillette. this dragon is 3rd most overrated only behind furryna and raiden shitgun.

I wanted to ask, if the CR is at 49,3 and using M Hunter set, should I increase it or not? I have to option to be honest, 1 is CR/CDMG (49,3/309.7) or CR/DMG (59,5/257,3)? Well I wanted to C1 him the next banner cause I already got used using with furina and the dmg is somewhat better rather than full stack. Well Dehya got home instead of him before 😭

c1, getting signature is good but constellation is easier to option is better. No need for a shielder on top of more dmg since you won’t need three reactive units for his talent passive. Not like you need the stacks anyway for insane dmg but it’s still nice.
c1 is more valuable imo

Don’t know why ppls like Nev, he’s f*cking cry baby. The first ever Genshin character that wet him self.
His best team is with Baizhu, Kazuha and Furina though even at c0 and you can play double hydro with furina along with Jean and Zhongli instead. It’s not the best team and I don’t really know how it fares against his others but it’s still very strong.
It is highly recommended to get his c1 for him to be paired with another hydro. The team suggestions are his C0.
