Strength Sap Competitive Analysis

Strength Sap is a good support move as it lowers the attack of the target as well as restores the user's HP. This is a strong effect especially in a meta that have a numerous physical attackers such as Urshifu Single-Strike Style, Galarian Zapdos, and the likes.
