Competitive Analysis

Rapid Spin is an excellent move for utility Pokemon as it clears any entry hazards set by the opposing team. This eliminates any threats of getting damaged or being poisoned from Toxic Spikes when switching Pokemon.

Rapid Spin also clears any binding moves on a Pokemon, setting it free from getting damaged and allowing it to be switched out.

Additionally, Rapid Spin raises its users Speed, which is a great way of making utility Pokemon faster, although using it offensively is not recommended as it only has 20 base power.

Rapid Spin Locations

Rapid Spin is only available by Default, Level Up, or via Egg Moves.
