You are correct! We have replaced it with a double Solo build instead.
The "Premium" build makes no sense, because it incorrectly states that Atk/Spd Catch will activate based the debuffs from Lull Spd/Res. In reality, the Lull only applies an in-combat penalty, while Catch only activates from visible "through end of turn" penalties. They're both good skills, but they don't synergize in the way the build suggests.
