Brave Hector Builds and Best IVsComment

So, there are no recommendations without far or near save? I wish there were recommendations besides just for the arena or AR meta. I hate trying to build heroes up to level 40, & wasting SP on the default skills if i know they suck. I don't have the heroes to sacrifice to give premium skills to an older unit (only have 4 total near/far save units), but I'd like decent recommendations that could make a unit useful for arena assault, or squad battles in that case.

This unit should be a 9, because he is extremely weak to magic, also mobility is pretty bad

Clearly says getting the refine eliminates the weakness. Not everyone can afford a refined hector from the start
